Request Profile Removal or Report Inaccuracy

Use this form to request removal of a business profile (presented in the product interface as the business's "AI Identity") from the Vizoryo Index, correct inaccurate information, or exercise your data protection rights.

This is the request form that Vizoryo’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and AI Disclaimer name as the way to exercise data-protection rights over a business record in the Global AI Business Visibility Index. Filing a request is free of charge and needs no Vizoryo account.

What this form is for

A request names the business, an email address we can reply to, and one of these reasons:

  • Exercise data subject rights (GDPR Art. 17 — Right to Erasure)
  • This data belongs to a child under 16
  • Report inaccurate information in a profile
  • Profile published without authorization
  • Other

Under GDPR Article 17, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data. Under GDPR Article 16, you have the right to rectification of inaccurate data. Vizoryo will process all requests within 30 days and notify you of the outcome.

Who may use it

Anyone may file a request, whether or not they are connected to the business — an owner or authorised representative, a sole proprietor whose business trades under their own name, or any person whose personal data appears in a listing. No account is needed, and the listing does not have to have been claimed.

Many listings in the index were compiled from publicly available information and were never registered by the business itself. Those listings can be corrected, objected to, or removed on request at any time.

The form asks for the business name, a reply address and a reason; the website domain and a free-text description are optional and help us match the request to the right listing. No identity document is requested at submission. We may ask for more information before acting, and a request we cannot verify against the business may be declined — with an explanation and an invitation to send more context.

What happens after you submit

  1. You receive an emailed acknowledgement carrying an eight-character reference for the request.
  2. The request is logged and reviewed by a person. Nothing is removed automatically.
  3. If the request is granted, the listing stops appearing in the public index and in the data we make available to AI systems and search engines.
  4. An erasure request against an unclaimed, automatically compiled listing deletes the record rather than hiding it. A listing already claimed by an account is hidden and referred to a person instead of being deleted automatically.
  5. An unclaimed business removed on request is also locked against re-listing, so automated discovery cannot add it back.
  6. A correction request is not a removal: the information is fixed and the business stays in the index.
  7. You are emailed the outcome either way, including when we are not able to action the request.

Third-party search engines and AI tools that cached the earlier information may take time to refresh on their side.

The email address on a granted removal is added to a suppression list so we stop contacting it, and the outreach records around it — open claim invitations, queued messages, marketing consents and cached contact details — are deleted. The suppression record and the request itself are kept: they are the record that the request was made and honoured.

How long it takes

  • Within 30 days of receipt. This is the window stated in our Privacy Policy and the statutory window under GDPR Art. 12(3).
  • Within 7 days where the request concerns a child’s data, or is an erasure request from a sole proprietor or self-employed person whose business is their own personal identity.
  • California residents exercising CCPA/CPRA rights receive a response within 45 days.

A deadline is attached to each request the moment it is filed and is then tracked automatically: open requests are reported to the team at intervals as the deadline approaches, and flagged as overdue once it passes.

Other ways to reach us

  • privacy@vizoryo.com — the data-protection address named in our Privacy Policy, for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability requests.
  • legal@vizoryo.com — the address shown on the request form itself, and the reply-to address on every message we send about a request.

If you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully, you may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — your local authority in the EU/EEA, or the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.

Where the form is

The form is at https://www.vizoryo.com/en/removal-request

A correction aimed at one specific listing is best filed from that listing: open it and use its “Report an error” link, which carries the listing’s identity into the form. The correction tab on this page cannot be submitted without it — a removal request can, and needs nothing but the business name, a reply address and a reason.
