What Types Of Clients Do You Typically See?
I typically work with women ranging from young adult to older adults dealing with challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression and burnout.
What Can I Expect When I Schedule A Session?
When you contact us, you will receive a call back within 24 hours. You will be asked about what issues you hoping to resolve as well as time and day availability. After receiving that information you will be sent a link to complete all of your paperwork. Most clients can be seen within two weeks.
What Are Typical Therapy Areas That You Address?
I provide holistic care for women facing a variety of issues such as life work harmony, anxiety, burnout, loss of self identity, Unresolved childhood wounds, and depression.I also provide mental health nutrition services as well as one of one breathwork session tailored specifically to address your species concern. These two services are not covered under insurance.
How Much Do Sessions Cost?
Individual therapy sessions are $165 per 50 minute session.For the cost of personalized breathwork sessions please call the office for more details as these plans are individualized based on your need.Amino Acid therapy plans are $325 per plan. This includes one intake session (45 min) and two follow up session ( 25 min each).
What Are The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Using My Insurance?
Benefits: Some insurance will pay for a portion of your session, leaving you to pay a co-pay and/or your deductible.Risks: In order to use medical insurance, the insurance company has to feel that the service is medically necessary. In order for your therapy to be covered, there needs to be a diagnosis. This is given to the insurance company and they decide if the benefits will cover this diagnosis. This also often times means that couples counseling is excluded. Using insurance also means that
