When is the deadline to protest property taxes?
The deadline to file a property tax protest is May 15 (or by 30th day after notice of appraised value is delivered, whichever is later). Contact our team at Harding and Carbone to get help filing today!
When will I know the results of my protest?
Protests are typically completed within the months of May through September. Protests are handled as they are scheduled by the Appraisal District. When you file a protest with Harding and Carbone, we’ll provide an update on the outcome when the process is finalized.
I have signed up for property tax consultant service with Harding and Carbone. What can I expect next?
If you have signed up using our sign-up form, you should have received a confirmation email. Within 48-72 hours, you will receive an email stating that your Agreement has been approved or denied. Once approved, an Agent will send you the Appointment of Agent forms to sign, and request any additional information, as well as answer any questions you may have.
